Trophies will be awarded for Biggest, Smallest, and Most Caught in both youth and adult age groups. All state codes will apply. Since this event occurs during the Illinois Free Fishing Day, it is legal to fish without a license at this event. Please bring a fishing pole and a bucket for a live well; bait will be provided. One fishing pole is allowed per participant. Check-in begins at 8:30 am and the event begins promptly at 9:00 am. Program will conclude at 11:00 am and be followed by an awards presentation. They will also be sure to sure to play some of the top songs from the 80s, 90s, and early 2000s. ROSIE & THE RIVETS- Wednesday, July 17 at 7:00pm Rosie & The Rivets perform the best danceable music of the 1950's and early 1960's along with some current hits with a retro twist. Not your typical "oldies playing oldies" band, they perform a high energy show that's fun for all ages. You'll hear early rock, rockabilly, girl group, surf and soul. Period correct clothes along with vintage guitars, drums, and even microphones ensure you'll be in for a truly retro-cool experience.
