Become a member now to access the training secrets of the world's most accomplished golfers. Programs range from online workout routines to personal sessions with a TPI certified athletic trainer. Instructor: Rebound Fitness Code 101410-011 Fee $50 Code Day DateTimeR/NR Fee GIRLS LACROSSE CAMP (Grades 1-8) The Park District is teaming with the Illinois Girls Lacrosse Association (IGLA) and Glen Ellyn Park District to offer girls the opportunity to play the fastest growing sport in the US! The goals of the program are to teach the rules of lacrosse, active teamwork, sportsmanship, and fostering personal development in a respectful environment led by positive coaching. All players will receive equal playing time. For completing registration, Step 1 is registering through LPD, and then visit www.iglax.org and click the registration tab to complete Steps 2 & 3 of the process. Participants must bring paid receipt to first practice in order to participate. Required items: Goggles, stick, mouth guard. Youth participants should train in a similar manner, regardless of sport or athletic ability. Whether looking for weight loss or to develop body awareness, this clinic will help participants succeed with reaching their goals. This program will not only focus on conditioning, but also flexibility, mobility, agility, and speed. Entertaining games and exercises, will get participants to maintain their focus and attentiveness during each session.
