page 43 youth & teen BAND NIGHT (Ages 12-19) If you're a fan of a local high school band, we've got a musical alternative for you! Come out and enjoy live music at its finest and support your friends and their bands! School bands may sign up to play during Band Nights. Call for questions about rules and competition guidelines. Location: Lombard Community Building Instructor: Teen Program Staff TEAM SKATEBOARD LESSONS Code Day DateTimeFee (Ages 5-7) This class is for beginners and intermediate skaters. Participants must bring something to drink & skateboard. Helmet, knee, elbow and wrist guards strongly encouraged. Beginners will learn how to start, stop, drop in, ollies, basic ramp riding, balance, and tricks. Intermediate riders are taught skills & tricks based on their abilities.This class is taught by Frank, owner of Team Skateboard Inc. If you liked coming to our Teen Nights at Paradise Bay then you will enjoy our teen dances! The DJ will play all those popular songs and will also take requests. Raffle prizes and give-a-ways will be available. All area youth are invited. Bring a student ID. Dances are subject to cancellation or early closing depending on attendance at the starts of the event. It's a safe place to hang out with your friends and participate in a variety of organized athletics! Staff is available to organize, facilitate and participate in the activities. All participants must stay until Open Gym is over unless previously arranged with parent and staff. No one will be released early unless a parent/guardian enters the building. This American Red Cross course teaches skills that children should know if they find themselves alone (i.e.: answering phones, doors, etc.) Register early; space is limited.
