DAY CAMP SWIM LESSONS
(Ages 6-11)
Swim Lessons are now offered for children who are enrolled in Day Camp! Sign
your camper up for one session or 8 sessions! Swim lessons are taught by a
certified instructor and are strongly recommended if your camper has swimming
limitations. After swim lessons are over, a counselor will pick up your camper
and bring them to the Day Camp. Registration deadline for swim lessons is the
Saturday before the lesson.

SUNRISE CAMP / SUNSET CAMP (EXTENDED CARE)
(Ages 6-11) MN
The Park District's extended care service is available for participants enrolled in
Day Camp. Sunrise Camp and Sunset Camp for Day Camp participants will be
held at Pleasant Lane. Please note on Wednesdays Sunrise Camp and Sunset
Camp will be held at the Lombard Community Building's Teen Room for both
camps. No Sunrise or Sunset Camp on 7/4.

COUNSELORS IN TRAINING (CIT)
(Ages 12-15) MN
As a CIT, you'll strengthen your leadership and communication skills, work with
young children, and have an enjoyable and educational summer experience!
Energy, patience and a cooperative attitude is crucial since you will be a part
of enriching the lives of every child who attends summer camp! Interested CIT
candidates must complete the CIT application found at www.lombardparks.
com/summer-camps two weeks prior to the start of the session. Staff will contact
applicants to set up an interview prior to registration. CITs will be evaluated
throughout this program and expected to maintain a level of competence, communication and cooperation. Note: Day Camp CITs attend and assist with field
trips, pool days, and walking trips. No camp on 7/4.
