Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the event of illness, injury or larger scale emergency. The parents/guardian listed as the main contact will receive an email, following registration, with directions and a link to complete all required forms through the ePACT Network. The ePACT information must be completed before your child's first day of Club Rec. Club Rec is Lombard Park District's before and after school program designed to provide a safe, recreational experience for your children. Children in grades K-5 will enjoy fun, active and supervised activities before and/or after school. This includes time for homework, physical activity, snack and arts and crafts.
