Lombard Park District's theater programs are
perfect for your budding star. Choose from
a variety of classes that work on aspects of
dramatic and comedic performances including
acting, improv, character awareness, imagination
and more! Students will have a chance to shine
and show off their new skills through a short
performance for families on the final day of class.
Basic Puppetry
(Ages 3-5)
In this introductory class, we will create characters using simple puppet making and learn to design characters and
stories around these new beings. An extension of play, it's a great way to introduce children to drama.

Stories Come Alive

Use your creative energy to bring a story to life! This beginning drama class develops characters and supporting items
and integrates creative movement, storytelling techniques, and alternate endings or points of view from a single story.

Musical Minis

Improvisation & Theatre Games
