paradise bay water park Welcome to paradise bay! a word to pool visitors Welcome back to Paradise Bay Water Park! Paradise Bay is thrilled to offer pool passes for the 2021 season. Update: 2021 pool passes are now available to all Lombard Park District residents and non-residents. SEASON PASS PRICING & INFORMATION Important Information regarding the 2021 season Pool usage limitations will be implemented in the event that facility capacity is reduced due to restrictions. The State of Illinois entered Phase 5 on Friday, June 11. Please note: future pool pass usage limitations may be implemented in the event that the facility capacity is reduced due to restrictions. Staff will continue to monitor announcements from the State of Illinois and provide updates as they become available. Despite the potential for pool pass limitations, pool passes remain the best value for frequent visitors. Season passes are not valid for admission to aquatic programs including swim lessons and aqua fitness classes. Please note: pool pass sales will not be available at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center from 07/03 - 07/05. Renew by mail or online at lombardparks.com. Please DO NOT mail in your physical season pass. For families who purchased a Paradise Bay Water Park season pass between 2014 and 2019 and still have the pass, registering for a 2021 season pass is easy! Simply renew online by visiting lombardparks.com. If renewing by mail, please fill out the Season Pass Registration Form available at lombardparks.com/paradise-bay-water-park and send the completed form(s) with check payment to: Sunset Knoll Recreation Center Attn: Pool Pass Registration 820 S. Finley Road, Lombard, IL 60148 Upon registration, season passes will be ready for use at Paradise Bay Water Park on opening day. Season passes are valid for admission to open swim, adult water walking, deep water swim, lap swim and parent-tot swim time. Season pass Photo Id information Season passholders will need to be photographed for their season pass card. This identification card must be presented to be admitted into Paradise Bay Water Park. Visitors will not be admitted without a pass. Photographs may be taken at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center or Madison Meadow Athletic Center during regular registration office hours. The photo ID is non-transferable and is for the exclusive use of the person to whom it is issued at the time of purchase. Violation of this regulation automatically revokes pool privileges and will result in the confiscation of the pass for the summer.
