INSTRUCTIONAL t-ball LEAGUE
at a
glance
Our t-ball program begins with three weeks of
instruction in a practice setting followed by three
weeks of games from 07/05 - 07/23. Games will
be one hour in length and played at 5:30 pm or
6:30 pm regardless of which timeslot participants
registered for. All participants will receive a t-shirt
and hat prior to the start of games and there will
be a family fun night at the end of the season.
Fridays will be used for rainouts.

instructionAL t-ball LEAGUE
(Ages 4-6)
Lombard Park District's instructional t-ball league introduces basic baseball rules and sportsmanship along with the
fundamentals of base running, hitting and fielding to your little athlete. The program is taught by park district staff, but
parents are invited to help with instruction. Please note: coaches will not be contacting parents. Please report to Field
12 at Madison Meadow on the first day of the program. Instructional T-Ball will follow the All Sports Policy issued by the
Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH), adapting to any and all changes throughout the season.
Required Items: baseball glove and a water bottle

summer youth basketball
(Grades 1-8)
Join the park district's cooperative basketball league between Carol Stream, Bloomingdale, Itasca, Medinah, Glendale
Heights, Bensenville and Roselle. Games will be played in Lombard with several away games in surrounding towns. This
recreational league focuses on player development. Games will be played on Sundays beginning 06/06. Practices will
be held during the week similar to Winter Youth Basketball. Jerseys for this league will be the Lombard Park District
red and black reversible.
