TEEN POTTERY WHEEL
(Ages 14-18)
Learn to use the pottery wheel to create your own projects. Students will learn the basics of wheel throwing and how
to incorporate building techniques into their practice. Emphasis will be placed on creating a small series of work to be
used for portfolios or to supplement school work. All skill levels are welcome! Space is limited, sign up early!

Beginner adult hand building
(Ages 18+)
This introductory class will teach students how to hand build with clay. Students will learn pottery basics like coil,
pinch pot, slab and forming techniques. Every participant will complete four glazed projects demonstrating their new
ceramic skills. Creativity is encouraged to personalize each piece! No previous ceramics experience required!

Adult Pottery is an open studio setting for individuals with previous pottery experience. Instructor consent to join the
class is required. Students will have an opportunity to work on the wheel and hand build to create their own unique
pieces complete with a variety of glazing techniques. Space is limited so please sign up soon.
