Students in grades K-5 enjoy fun, active and supervised activities before and/or after school. The program includes time for homework, physical activity, arts and crafts, and a snack. Club Rec is hosted at the following District 44 Schools: Hammerschmidt, Madison, Manor Hill, Park View and Pleasant Lane. Club Rec Before & After School club options Full-Time: Five days a week, with AM only, PM only or AM & PM options Part-Time: Select two, three or four days each week to attend. Days must stay consistent. Registration is available online. A non-refundable $25 deposit per child is required at the time of registration. Registration for part-time enrollment must maintain consistent days. Changes to part-time enrollment must have approval and will be subject to a $5 change fee per child per change. Lombard Park District is excited to announce the adoption of ePACT Network for better safety! ePACT is a secure emergency network that will be used to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically. Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the event of illness, injury or larger scale emergency. The parents/guardian listed as the main contact will receive an email, following registration, with directions and a link to complete all required forms through the ePACT Network. Please note: the ePACT information must be completed before your child's first day of Club Rec.
