Staff will demonstrate cardiovascular and weight training equipment and discuss ways to ensure a safe and effective workout. Please wear workout clothes. Minimum age is 16, unless with a parent. A dietitian is like an investigator seeking to learn about your current and desired one-size-fits-all diet advice. After learning about your health history, favorite foods, eating and exercise habits, an RD or RDN will help you set goals and prioritize. Follow- up visits will focus on maintenance and monitoring your progress. To guide and motivate you, Lou Ann Chvatal will use creative and out-of-the-box strategies to help meal planning, grocery shopping, food journaling and mindful eating…now, that's a recipe for success. (Ages 0-5) Childcare service for ages eight weeks to five years is offered during morning parent/tot and fitness classes at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. Childcare is designed for siblings who may not be the appropriate age to attend the parent/ tot program, or so parents can drop off children while attending a session. You may register for FREE while using the fitness room or in a fitness class. Childcare is open M, W, Th and Fr from 9:00-11:30 am.
