51 Group Fitness KIDS & TEENS YOGA (Ages 7-17) Keep your child active and flexible. This class is designed to introduce/continue to foster yoga practice among children and teens. This class will challenge you both aerobically and anaerobically by doing short segments of cardiovascular training with kickboxing, followed by short segments of multi-muscle toning. Zumba is based on the principle that a workout should be fun and easy to do. You don't have to know how to dance to Zumba. It's a "feel happy" workout!
