53 Group Fitness B FIT WALK! (Ages 15 +) An evening walking workout at a relaxed pace so you can unwind and end your day with a healthy, peaceful state of mind. We will focus on muscle, metabolism, and mind. This is a beginning-intermediate walking level. Please dress for the weather, wear proper walking shoes and bring your bottle of water.
