We also present basic first aid information including the treatment of small cuts, bumps and bruises, nosebleeds, minor burns, and more. Each child receives a safety packet and creates a small first aid kit to take home. Completion certificates are awarded. Children must be toilet independent or wear pull-ups. (Ages 0-5) Childcare service for ages eight weeks to five years is offered during morning parent/tot and fitness classes at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. Childcare is designed for siblings who may not be the appropriate age to attend the parent/tot program, or so parents can drop off children while attending a session. You may register for FREE while using the fitness room, or in a fitness class. Childcare is open M, W, Th, and Fr, from 9:00 - 11:30 am. Parents must remain in Sunset Knoll Recreation Center.
