Club REC is a new program from the Lombard Park District designed to provide a safe recreational experience for your child before and after school. Children in grades K-5 will enjoy fun, active and supervised activities before and/or after school. This includes time for homework, physical activity, snack, and arts and crafts. Club REC is hosted at the following District 44 Schools: Hammerschmidt, Madison, Manor Hill, Park View, and Pleasant Lane. Payment Options AM Only (7:00 - 8:15 am) PM Only (Until 6:00 pm) AM & PM 3 Day Weekly $26 / week $44 / week $70 / week 5 Day Weekly $42 / week $72 / week $114 / week PROGRAM TIMES AM CARE DROP-OFF: 7:00 - 8:15 am. PM CARE PICK-UP: After school until 6:00 pm. CLUB OPTIONS FULL TIME: Five days a week, with AM only, PM only, or AM & PM options. PART TIME: Select three days each week to attend. Days must stay consistent. HOW TO REGISTER All students in Hammerschmidt, Madison, Manor Hill, Park View and Pleasant Lane are eligible for enrollment. Registration is in person at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. Online, phone and fax registration are not available at this time. A completed registration form and a non-refundable $25 deposit per child is required at the time of registration. Registration for part-time enrollment must maintain consistent days. Join us for a Club Rec open house. Meet the staff and get your questions answered. The open house will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 31 at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. NEW! CLUB REC FEES A $25 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. Fees can either be paid in full, monthly (9 payments), or weekly (36 payments). Payments will begin August 8, 2018 and will end on May 8, 2019. No payments will be charged for the weeks of Thanksgiving, winter break, and spring break. 10% discount for each additional child.
