LET 'S BUILD IT - ROBOTICS!
(Ages 6-11)
Enter the fascinating world of robotics! In this STEAM program, students will
design, build and test their very own robots under the guidance of an experienced
AES instructor. Projects include remote control cars, claws, cranes, crawlers and
battle bots. Educational components include gear ratios, mechanical design,
electronics and robotics engineering. No previous experience is necessary, just a
desire to have fun, build and learn. Each student will receive an award on the last
day of the session and have the opportunity to earn Energy Belts to demonstrate
their learned skills!

FIRST AID & CPR
(Ages 12+)
Learn to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac and breathing
emergencies, and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns,
scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, and cold. On-line portion of
class must be completed before class and is a two year certification. Course fee
includes on-line access to digital version of manual and refresher course.

LEGO ENGINEERING EXTREME NINJAS
(Ages 5-9)
Enter a world of ninjas, adventure and LEGO® master-building! Students will
use LEGO® bricks in their adventure to master different building methods and
techniques. We will use our proprietary kits and model plans to build one-of-
a-kind LEGO® creations! Some of the activities will include LEGO® technic
motorized builds, mosaics, a LEGO® zipline, take home crafts and more inspired
by your favorite Ninjago and Ninja Turtle® stories! Refund Requests must be
made three days prior to start date.

CRAFTING WORKSHOP!

Experience the exciting world of Minecraft® using LEGO® bricks this fall! This fun
& exciting workshop takes a whole lot of LEGO® Bricks, a background in STEM,
children's natural creativity, and inspiration from the popular game to create a
day of learning fun the Bricks 4 Kidz way! Using our proprietary kits and model
plans, campers will construct one-of-a-kind Minecraft® models using LEGO®
bricks! Our specialized model plans incorporate beams, gears, axles, motors,
battery packs and other technic LEGO® components. Refund Requests must be
made three days prior to start date.

LIGHTS, CAMERA , ACTION! -
MAKING A STAR WARS MOVIE
(Ages 8-12)
Do you want to be the next George Lucas? We will create our very own Star Wars
movie using special digital movie making cameras and software. As directors and
producers we will work in teams to create our own story and script, build various
Star Wars Lego scenes and film our own movie. We will use graphic editing
techniques and stop motion animation, add background noise and music, and
show our movie at a private screening on the last day of class. All students will
get a copy of their movie after class is complete. No refunds will be issued after
class begins.

ROBOTICS ADVENTURES

Yes, we CAN learn about Robotics! With the LEGO® WeDo Robotics System,
young children can build and program their own robotic creations. Designed by
the experts at MIT, this unique system teaches children about simple machines,
engineering, programming and so much more. Young imaginations soar!
