30 /lombardparks PRESCHOOL REGISTRATION INFORMATION The Kiddie Campus lottery registration system for the 2019-20 school year begins February 6, 2019. Once a child is registered for the program, he/she has the option of continuing throughout the year. This system will ensure a smooth registration and give each child an equal chance to enroll in Kiddie Campus. Please adhere carefully to the registration dates and deadlines. You may contact Kiddie Campus Preschool at anytime during the year for openings in the preschool program. Call (630) 620-7322 for more information on enrolling in Kiddie Campus. REGISTRATION TIMELINE January 7-February 6 Residents and currently enrolled non residents may pick up and drop off a completed lottery application with a non-refundable deposit of $137/Resident and $142/Non- resident for a 2-day morning program and $204/Resident and $209/Non-resident for a 3-day morning program, or a non-refundable deposit of $130/Resident and $135/Non-resident for 2-day afternoon program and $180/Resident and $185/ Non-resident for a 3-day afternoon program, and a certified copy of the child's birth certificate at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. Parents will receive a refund of their deposit only if the child in not accepted into the program. The deposit will be your May 2020 payment; otherwise it is nonrefundable. February 6 Kiddie Campus is filled by random draw, based on the lottery application forms received by 12:00 pm on 02/06. Parents will be notified by mail regarding registration status. No phone inquiries please. February 7 Registration is open to nonresidents. Participants will be notified by mail regarding registration status. No phone inquiries, please. June 15 Deadline for payment for the September session. If applicant does not pay by this time, we will assume they are no longer interested in the program and that space will become available to another child. The nonrefundable application deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refunds or prorated refunds issued after a payment has been made. July 31 Completed medical forms are due. ABOUT US A warm, nurturing atmosphere is the key to success of this state-licensed preschool program. Children participate in a variety of developmentally appropriate activities designed to help them grow socially, emotionally, academically, and physically. This continuous program will also help provide the basis for future reading and writing skills, and includes activities in the areas of music, art, language development, science, math, and gross and fine motor development. Field trips are taken throughout the year. Children must be able to use the toilet independently. Day tours are on-going. Drop in any time. If you are unable to attend tour day, please call (630) 620-7322 to make an appointment for a personal tour. Location Day Date Time SKRC W 01/16 1:30 - 5:30 pm PRESCHOOL PREVIEW NIGHT Instructors will walk prospective parents through a typical day in the Kiddie Campus Preschool, and answer questions pertaining to the curriculum. Examples of learning materials and activities will also be on display. Parents only please! Come and see what w'ere all about! Location Day Date Time SKRC Th 01/24 6:30 - 7:30 pm FREE CHILDCARE SERVICE! Childcare service for ages eight weeks to five years is offered during morning parent/tot classes at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. Childcare is designed for siblings who may not be the appropriate age to attend the parent/tot program, or so parents can drop off children while attending a session. Childcare is open M, W, Th, and Fr, from 9:00 - 11:30 am. Parents must remain in Sunset Knoll Recreation Center.
