TUMBLING TIMES TUMBLING
(Ages 6-14)
This class focuses on each student's individual skill set. We offer your child an
introduction to the basics of tumbling that are necessary for gymnastics, dance,
cheerleading, and overall fitness. Whether your child aims to be competitive or
they simply want to be able to do a back handspring after scoring a goal in their
soccer game, we can help them learn in a safe environment with well-trained

PARENT & TOT TIMES
(Ages 18 mos-3 yrs and a parent)
Over, under, forward and back; with the help of parents, this class will explore the
four areas of gymnastics (bars, beam, vault, and tumbling). Participants will learn
skills related to jumping, skipping, rolling, climbing, and balancing.

SUPER TIMES GYMNASTICS

Improve coordination, strength, balance, and build confidence. Children will be
introduced to skills such as forward rolls, straddle rolls, and backwards rolls. All
participants must be toilet trained and be able to follow directions without the
help of a parent.
