Could revealing them now now help a loved one? This workshop offers opportunities to write your own legacy in stories and memories-in longhand (no computer needed). Share them now or later, after you've gone. Longhand writing facilitates uninterrupted flow and boosts memory recall. Soft music may be played while you write, and supportive peer feedback is encouraged. Read-back is optional (you must be able to read your handwriting).
