ADULTS 50+: WRITE YOUR LEGACY IN
STORIES AND MEMORIES
(Ages 50+)
As you get older, do you reflect on emotional moments that influenced your life
choices? Did fear prevent you from pursuing a dream or standing up for yourself
(or someone else)? Are there pleasurable (or painful) experiences you wished
you'd shared but were afraid to? Could revealing them now now help a loved
one? This workshop offers opportunities to write your own legacy in stories
and memories-in longhand (no computer needed). Share them now or later,
after you've gone. Longhand writing facilitates uninterrupted flow and boosts
memory recall. Soft music may be played while you write, and supportive peer
feedback is encouraged. Read-back is optional (you must be able to read your
handwriting). Could your stories become potential publishing projects?
