Youth Karate: ISKC's Youth karate classes offer a good mix of strength training, with cardiovascular and flexibility exercises. Children increase their coordination,

SULLIVAN'S SCHOOL OF KARATE
(Ages 4-14)
Sensei Matt is a 3rd degree black belt who teaches the traditional style of
Okinawan karate, and is designed for youths, teens and adults. Uniforms can be
purchased through the instructor, $30 for youth and $35 for adult. Parents can
participate with their enrolled children for no additional charge.

Illinois Shotokan Karate Club is Chicagoland's premier karate school taught
by John DiPasquale, a four-time National Champion, US National Coach and
President of the US National Karate Federation. ISKC's karate classes help
develop flexibility, strength, and coordination in fun, yet disciplined activities.
