Yes, We CAN learn about Robotics! With the LEGO WeDo Robotics System,
young children can build and program their own robotic creations. Designed by
the experts at MIT, this unique system teaches children about simple machines,
engineering, programming and so much more. Students will work together in
teams of two. No refunds after first class.

MOVIE MAKING 101: TOY STORY
(Ages 7-11)
What is the next adventure for Buzz, Woody, Jessie and Bullseye? You decide!
Using your own imagination, creativity, special digital movie making cameras,
and software, you will create your very own Toy Story movie! You will be part of
a team of writers, directors and producers and create your own story and script,
and film your own movie using Toy Story characters. You will use graphic editing
techniques and stop motion animation, add music and your own voices to make
your movie unique. You will then show your movie at a private screening on the
last day of class. All students will be able to bring home their movie on their flash
drive after class is complete.

3D VIDEO GAME DESIGN
(Ages 8-12)
Learn to create 3D games and challenge your friends. We will be creating games
for the PC version of Kodu, Microsoft's award-winning game design platform.
Students will learn the art of rapid game design and develop an understanding
of underlying game mechanics. Students can choose from 20 different game
characters including flying saucers, submarines, and a Pac-Man-like Kodu
character then use an interactive terrain editor, a bridge and path builder, and
other tools to create their 3D game world. Kodu is available as a free download
for Windows. Bring a USB drive on the last day or games can be emailed.

JR. ROBOTICS & CODING CAMP
(Ages 7-9)
How would you like to turn your next LEGO creation into a robot, programmed
to do exactly what you tell it to do? This new Bricks 4 Kidz Junior Robotics camp
offers all the fun of building with LEGO bricks, PLUS the challenge of computer
programming! Coding is an important part of 21st century learning. This exciting
camp uses the updated WeDo 2.0 software and iPads. The software features
Bluetooth technology which allows the creations to be controlled wirelessly! This
new software teaches programming in an intuitive way '" letting students bring
their creations to life while sharpening their computational thinking skills like
logical reasoning, pattern recognition, and modeling simulations. It also features
a colorful drag and drop interface that is easy for students to use and understand.

SUPER HERO SCIENCE CAMP
(Ages 5-9)
Can't fly? Don't have laser eyes? No problem! Some of the coolest superheroes
make amazing gadgets and use scientific principles to stop the bad guys and
solve crimes. We'll be doing just that and more using LEGO Bricks and some
ingenuity. Campers will use our proprietary kits and model plans to build one-of-
a-kind super hero creations & gadgets! Whether you are a master crime-fighting
builder (or even if you can fly!), you'll have a blast learning, building, and playing
with other superheroes-in-the-making at Bricks 4 Kidz! At Bricks 4 Kidz camps,
we use LEGO bricks to build amazing worlds of fun in a variety of exciting themes
that engage children in STEM-enriched activities and making new LEGO-loving
friends. Our creative camps feature LEGO mosaics, 3D LEGO Builds, motorized
technic LEGO projects, daily take home crafts and more! Refund requests must
