BATTLE-BOTS MINI WORKSHOP
(Ages 8-12)
Have fun and learn how to build robots, then battle and challenge your creations
against other robots in our exciting workshop! No prior experience required.
Our lesson plans are built around RoboThink's proprietary kits, plans and STEM
curriculum, designed by teachers and engineers. The activities are interactive,
hands-on, and engaging to promote learning in a fun way!

FIRST AID AND CPR
(Ages 12+)
Learn to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac and breathing
emergencies, and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns,
scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, head, and cold. An online
portion of class must be completed before class and participants receive a two
year certification. Course fee includes on-line access to digital version of manual
and refresher course.

YOUTH & TEEN
SCHOOL DAY OFF
(Ages 5-11)
Join the Lombard Park District on days when school isn't in session! Participants
will enjoy games, crafts, and activities with friends. Every day is a new theme.
Club Rec participants receive a special discount on our school day off program!

MINIATURE GARDENS
(Ages 7-12 and a parent)
With just a few plants and a little imagination, you can make your own miniature
garden. Chose some plants, add a variety of surface materials (gravels, rocks,
stepping stones etc…) and include some of your personal accessories to create
your own mini landscape. Class fee includes: instruction, soil, surface materials,
3-4 plants and after care instruction. Please provide your own container with
drainage holes, no larger than 12" diameter, along with your miniature garden
accessories or curious charms, from fairies to animals to dinosaurs.

TEEN NIGHTS AT THE POOL
(Entering grades 6-9)
Check out our weekly teen nights every Thursday night. While you are swimming
the night away, don't forget about the weekly raffles and pool games for cool
prizes. These events are open to all area Middle School age youth. Concessions
are available, so bring some extra money for snacks! Parent/guardian signature
is required for admission to Teen Nights at the Pool. Cash Only and bring your
school ID. There will be no Teen Night on 07/04.
Fee: Passholders: $3 per night; Non-passholders: $5 per night
