63 lombardparks.com | (630) 620-7322 LAND GROUP EXERCISE AOA (ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS) (Ages 55+) AOA is a total body fitness program. Class consists of 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training, followed by 15 minutes of cardio and stretching. All moves can be done sitting in the chairs that are provided. BARRE ABOVE (Ages 15+) Barre Above fuses standing on and off barre progressions with yoga and Pilates in a unique full body workout. Flexibility, core strength, balance and elements of HIIT combine in this challenging conditioning class. BARRE FIT (Ages 15+) A total body, low impact workout to strengthen your core, sculpt the glutes and thighs and tone the arms. BOOT CAMP (Ages 15+) Boot Camp combines cardiovascular endurance and strength training using dumbbells, barbells, tubes, and body weight exercises. CARDIO STRENGTH INTERVAL (Ages 15+) Each week will use a new format. Step, kickboxing, resistance bands, medicine balls, body weight, dumbbells, and stability balls. CARDIO, CORE, & MORE (Ages 15+) Cardio exercises combined with resistance training for a total body workout. Using light weights and body resistance you will sculpt your abs, glutes, and arms in this body toning workout all while strengthening your core. CORE BODY STRENGTH (Ages 15+) Get stronger with the fusion of free weights, resistance bands, body bars, stability balls, and rigorous mat work. THE ESSENTIALS (Ages 15+) This class uses body resistance and light weights. The class is designed to target the core, sculpt the glutes and thighs, and tone the arms. FITNESS 55+ (Ages 55+) Participants of all levels will increase strength, endurance, balance, and mind agility through the use of dumbbells, resistance bands, step, and balls. FRONT, BACK, SIDE (Ages 15+) Let's target your muscles, shaping abs, back, butt, thighs, and arms. You will get strong using your body weight as resistance along with free weights. HALF AND HALF (Ages 15+) Reshape your whole body with this energizing program. The first half of class will alternate low impact and low intensity moves. The second half of class will be strength training techniques. INTERVAL TRAINING + ABS (Ages 15+) This class contains Cardio, Sculpt and Abs interval workouts to work the entire body! KICK/SCULPT/CORE (Ages 15+) Your favorite cardio kickbox class will be done in an easy to follow boot camp format. This class is designed for all fitness level and blasts calories. POUND! (Ages 15+) POUND fuses interval training with drumming to give participants a challenging whole body workout. All materials provided. All levels welcome. ON THE BALL (Ages 15+) A class designed using the stability ball, medicine ball, and genie ball. Exercises will work to stabilize and strengthen the core. OUTDOOR INTERVALS (Ages 15+) Come enjoy the outdoors while getting an awesome workout. The class will use cardio activities and body weight exercises for a total body workout. TRAIN WITH THE TRAINER (Ages 15+) Join our personal trainer for a new workout each week that focuses on muscle partners and specific strength training exercises, as well as cardio. TRX INTERVAL (Ages 15+) Suspension training with high intensity efforts. TRX can be scaled to fit any individual. Other equipment maybe used. WALKING STRONG (Ages 15+) Enjoy a workout on the track. Nordic walking poles or hand weights will be used while you walk. WEIGHTS, RESISTANCE, & BALANCE (Ages 15+) Improve balance, flexibility, range of motion by strengthening and stabilizing the core. Class will work to improve strength and endurance. WERQ (Ages 15+) WERQ is a fun dance fitness class based on pop, rock, and hip hop music. Cool down combines static stretching and balance poses. ZUMBA (Ages 15+) An aerobic/fitness interval training workout that combines fast and slow rhythms with dance inspired exercises to tone and sculpt your body. ZUMBA STEP (Ages 15+) Zumba Step is a combination of step training and a regular Zumba class. Burn calories while toning and strengthening legs and glutes. GROUP FITNESS
