This program includes a balanced cardiovascular workout, including punching,
kicking, and blocking skills. Participants will improve coordination, power of
concentration, balance, and both physical and mental discipline.

Restricted to high school students and older, this program concentrates on
Taekwondo techniques through the study of forms, stances, and the skills of

TAEKWONDO
Taekwondo is a 2,000-year-old martial art offering benefits for people of all ages
and physical abilities. Classes are taught by Grand Master Ki Hong Kim (9th Dan
Kukkiwon World Taekwondo Headquarters) from Oriental Arts Training Center
(OATC). A $45.00 uniform fee is required at the first class. Belt testing is offered
through KH Kim Taekwondo at an additional fee twice a year. All colored belt
students are required to have sparring gear.

LITTLE DRAGONS
(Ages 4-5)
This introductory class is designed for the youngest students. This class focuses
on developing balance, coordination, and discipline.

Classes will provide a safe environment where students will learn the most
effective style of martial arts as well as developing their character. Students will
focus on the following techniques: boxing, kickboxing, judo, wrestling, and will

TRUE HERO
(Ages 4-10)
True Hero is an anti-bullying combative and character building program. It is a
blend of tumbling, martial arts, and a new form of child self-defense that we call
playground defense. We will address real-life scenarios as children dress as their
favorite superhero. While having fun, we learn that being a hero means that you
do not need super powers to be super. There will be a $5 armband fee for all first
time participants.
