SULLIVAN'S SCHOOL OF KARATE
(Ages 4-14)
Sensei Matt is a 3rd degree black belt who teaches the traditional style of
Okinawan karate, and is designed for youths, teens and adults. Uniforms can be
purchased through the instructor, $30 for youth and $35 for adult. Parents can
participate with their enrolled children for no additional charge.

ILLINOIS SHOTOKAN KARATE CLUB CLASSES (Ages 4+)
Illinois Shotokan Karate Club is Chicagoland's premier karate school taught
under the instruction of John DiPasquale, a four-time National Champion, US
National Coach and President of the US National Karate Federation. ISKC's
karate classes help develop flexibility, strength, and coordination in fun, yet
disciplined activities. This program offers a good mix of strength training, with
cardiovascular and flexibility exercises that increase their coordination, agility,
and safety skills. They learn the choreographed moves of the kata. Please visit

• Uniforms and belt testing are options available through the ISKC instructor.
• Please note that the Youth, Parent/Child, and Adult classes may train together.
• Beginner students will not be permitted to register for the current session after
the second class has met.
• Registration for continuers through advanced students will be accepted after
the start date, but the full class fee is required.
VICTORY FAMILY MMA
(Ages 5-11)
Our classes will provide a safe environment where students will learn the most
effective styles of martial arts, infused with lessons on character development.
Students will train in a positive atmosphere, learn how to defend themselves,
as well as gain valuable life skills - all while having fun! This is done through our
structured curriculum that changes every month. Students will focus on the
following: boxing and kickboxing techniques (punching, footwork and defense),
judo/wrestling techniques (take-downs and defense), jiu-jitsu technique
(submissions and how to control someone on the ground) and a "Mat Chat" (the
personal development topic of the month). The goal is for students to be able
to know the moves and understand/apply the "Mat Chat" by the end of each
month.
