TINY TYKES COOKING

Each week future chefs will prepare a yummy snack with Mom or Dad, and then
enjoy a related story. We will learn about kitchen safety, proper table manners
and a chance to sample all of our creations. Each week we will add a page to your
cookbook that you will take home at the end of the session!

MAKE AND TAKE WITH MOM

ABC 'S OF THE SEASON
(Ages 2-4 and a parent)
Learn your ABC's while exploring nature and all things from this season. A new
letter each week will be presented with a variety of nature related activities to
engage the children in. Songs, art projects, sensory play, and games will delight
both adults and children. Get ready for: P for Pumpkins, L for Leaves, A for
Apples, and T for Turkey. We will be bringing nature into the classroom.

ALL ABOUT SLIME
(Ages 3-5)
If you like to make and play with slime, then this class is for you! Each week we
will experiment with different ways to make slime. Everyone will take a bag of
slime home with them each week. At the end of the session, each student will
bring home a slime recipe book! Children must be toilet independent or wear
pull-ups.

CAMP SNOWBALL
(Ages 3-6)
Join the fun during winter break at Camp Snowball! Arts and crafts projects,
songs, stories, and games will fill our day! Remember to dress for the weather,
because we will be going outside for sledding and more! If enrollment warrants,
children will be divided by age in separate classrooms. Children must be toilet
independent.

FREE CHILDCARE SERVICE!
Childcare service for ages eight weeks to five years is offered
during morning parent/tot classes at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. Childcare
is designed for siblings who may not be the appropriate age to attend the parent/
tot program, or so parents can drop off children while attending a session.
Childcare is open M, W, Th, and Fr, from 9:00 - 11:30 am. Parents must remain in
Sunset Knoll Recreation Center.
