MIND & BODY CLASSES
CHAIR YOGA
Improve your range of motion, strength, and flexibility in this chair-based class.
Some balance and posture work will be done, as well.
FAMILY YOGA
(All Ages) Yoga for all ages! Get your zen on with your family.
GENTLE A .M. YOGA
Develop fundamental postures, breath control, and relaxation. This class is
structured for those new to yoga or revisiting yoga after many years.
KIDS & TEENS YOGA
(Ages 7-17) Keep your child and teen active and flexible. This class is designed
to introduce/continue to foster yoga practice among children and teens.
PRENATAL YOGA
Prepare yourself mentally and physically for pregnancy. Prenatal yoga
emphasizes stretching and strengthening poses for the pregnant body.
SUNSET YOGA
This restorative yoga class focuses on releasing deeply held tensions from
both the mind and body to reset the central nervous system. Props are used to
support postures for longer periods of time.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Enjoy a blend of yoga postures and synchronized breath and smooth movement.
Increases strength and flexibility while calming the mind.
YOGA
Invigorate your mind and body and relax from a busy day while you sweat and
strengthen your body.
YOGA LITE
(Ages 18+) Enjoy the morning gently opening and strengthening the body. This
class will focus on standing postures and will be adjusted to each person's skill.
YOGA SCULPT
This class will combine yoga with the use of light weights to strengthen and tone
your body. Short cardio bursts will be included.
ZEN
Gently stretch your muscles while working on core strength and balance. Class
will work on breathing techniques and end with relaxation.
