TOTAL BODY SCULPT
(Ages 15 +)
Increase lean body mass and burn fat by working the upper and lower body simultaneously. This class will use dumbbells, resistance band, steps and stability balls.
We will challenge balance, core strength, flexibility and mind agility throughout
this class. Participants must bring their own mat to each class and a stability ball
to class the first Monday of the month.

Go the extra step and push yourself to achieve your goals. This class will combine
cardiovascular, endurance, and strength training using dumbbells, barbells, tubes
and body weight exercises. Though challenging, yet fun and safe exercises, you
will get a total body workout and will feel more energized.

Walking is an invigorating and effective way to wake up your muscle, metabolism
Small group personal training is for people who want to work with a certified and mind. Join this walk on several scenic prairie paths, trails, parks and neighpersonal trainer within a group setting. When held accountable by other members borhoods all around Sunset Knoll and Lombard Community Building. Distance
in the group, each member will show up regularly and will challenge each other and speed are adjusted to fit all ability levels. Please bring a water bottle, wear
to succeed. The trainer will pay close attention to your posture and form while supportive shoes and dress for the weather. There will be classroom discussion on
leading the group through a great workout to achieve your fitness goals. Find poor weather days. You will receive a $12 discount if you register for both classes.
