page 63 group fitness WAKE UP CALL (Ages 15 +) "Lift and Fit": Head-to-toe strength training will build muscle and boost metabolism. Posture, balance and flexibility will also improve. This class is ideal for all fitness levels, ages and abilities. This class will use dumbbells, resistance band, steps and stability balls. We will challenge balance, core strength, flexibility and mind agility throughout this class. Participants must bring their own mat to each class and a stability ball to class the first Monday of the month. Join this walk on several scenic prairie paths, trails, parks and neighpersonal trainer within a group setting. When held accountable by other members borhoods all around Sunset Knoll and Lombard Community Building. Distance in the group, each member will show up regularly and will challenge each other and speed are adjusted to fit all ability levels. Please bring a water bottle, wear to succeed. The trainer will pay close attention to your posture and form while supportive shoes and dress for the weather. There will be classroom discussion on leading the group through a great workout to achieve your fitness goals. Find poor weather days.
