Club Rec Before & After School

Club Rec Before & After School is a Lombard
Park District program designed to provide a safe,
recreational experience for children. Students
in grades K-5 enjoy fun, active and supervised
activities before and/or after school. The program
includes time for homework, physical activity, arts
and crafts, and a snack. Club Rec is hosted at the
following District 44 Schools: Hammerschmidt,
Madison, Manor Hill, Park View and Pleasant Lane.

Club Rec Before & After School will begin operating
when full-time, in-person learning resumes in
District 44 schools. Families in need of care prior
to the resume of in-person learning should consider
joining the District's School of Rec program. For

Full-Time: Five days a week, with AM only, PM
only or AM & PM options
Part-Time: Select two, three or four days each
week to attend. Days must stay consistent.

registration information
All students in Hammerschmidt, Madison, Manor Hill, Park View and Pleasant Lane are eligible for enrollment.
Registration is available online. Automatic billing forms will be mailed to participants following registration.
A non-refundable $25 deposit per child is required at the time of registration.
Registration for part-time enrollment must maintain consistent days. Changes to part-time enrollment must
have approval and will be subject to a $5 change fee per child per change.
Lombard Park District is excited to announce the adoption of ePACT Network for better safety! ePACT is a
secure emergency network that will be used to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically.
Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the
event of illness, injury or larger scale emergency. The parents/guardian listed as the main contact will receive
an email, following registration, with directions and a link to complete all required forms through the ePACT
Network. Please note: the ePACT information must be completed before your child's first day of Club Rec.
