Lombard Park District was proudly awarded an Open Space Grant from the Illinois Department of Natural Resources to assist in the park development of Four Seasons, located at
Finley Road and 16th Street. Lombard Park District's project was one of 89 projects funded by the Open Space Lands Acquisition and Development (OSLAD) grant program in 2019.
Future planned park features were based on community input and will include rain garden plantings, fishing stations, bench seating area, five (5) 10U soccer fields, full-size soccer field
overlay, drainage improvements, picnic shelters, baggo courts, pickleball courts, a challenge course, woodland trails and more.
Construction began in mid-May with an anticipated completion date of August 2021. Soccer fields will be regraded with additional irrigation and should be playable in Fall 2022.
