FENCING - OLYMPIC SWORDPLAY
(Ages 8+)
Want to wield a sword? Fencing is one of the few sports that already practices
safe social distancing. Enjoy competitive fun safely without "fighting". Please
note: the instructor considers height and ability of each fencer. Equipment is
required. Please speak with the fencing club at (630)-678-0035 to understand
your options. Register with family members or friends to increase the fun!
Additional family members receive a 50% discount when registering together.

EVP VOLLEYBALL SKILLS & DRILLS

VOLLEYKIDZ
(Ages 7-10)
Volleykidz is an introductory class for children 7 - 10 years. The lesson plan introduces the
pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball. Volleykidz will improve each child's hand/
eye coordination and left/right coordination through the use of fun drills and games.

JUNIOR VOLLEYKIDZ
(Ages 11-14)
Improve your volleyball skills in this 90-minute session featuring drills for setting,
passing, overhand serving and spiking. Lesson plans direct the use of individual training,
pairing drills and game situation development that help each student reach a new level.
Instructors organize games at the end of each class.

JUNIOR VOLLEY SERIES MATCH PLAY
(Ages 11-14)
Interested in playing volleyball with other volleyball athletes with skills? The coach's
lesson plan will guide the team in weekly training for 90 minutes. At weekly practice
the teams will learn team defense and offense positions while they improve on their
fundamentals of passing, setting, spiking, and overhand serving.

EVP VOLLEYBALL OUTDOORS
(Ages 8-14)
It's time to take your volleyball game outdoors on the grass. Weekly classes hosted by
Volleykidz feature the latest drills and training techniques to prepare athletes for the
next level. Focus on the fundamentals of passing, setting, overhand serving and spiking.
You will learn to over-hand serve and play organized games. Coaches will designate per
age group.
