FENCING - OLYMPIC SWORDPLAY
(Ages 8+)
Want to wield a sword? Fencing is one of the few sports that already practices
safe social distancing. Enjoy competitive fun safely without "fighting". Please
note: the instructor considers height and ability of each fencer. Equipment is
required. Please speak with the fencing club at (630)-678-0035 to understand
your options. Register with family members or friends to increase the fun!
Additional family members receive a 50% discount when registering together.

DISC GOLF CLINIC
(Ages 10+)
This is a 3, or 4 week session going more in depth and detail about the sport
of disc golf. From how to putt, throw, keep score, and proper etiquette. This
class will utilize the disc golf course at the Lombard Commons and their newly
installed baskets and pads. Ages 10 and up are encouraged to join!
Disc Golf Day: Have you ever seen the metal baskets at the Lombard Commons
and Madison Meadows and wondered what they are? What you are seeing are
disc golf baskets! Come join us for a one-day class that will go over the basics
of disc golf; from how to putt, throw, keep score, and proper course etiquette.
Participants will use these skills to complete a round at the Lombard Commons
disc golf course.

(Ages 7-10)
Volleykidz is an introductory class for children 7 - 10 years. The lesson plan introduces the
pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball. Volleykidz will improve each child's hand/
eye coordination and left/right coordination through the use of fun drills and games.

Improve your volleyball skills in this 90-minute session featuring drills for setting,
passing, overhand serving and spiking. Lesson plans direct the use of individual training,
pairing drills and game situation development that help each student reach a new level.
Instructors organize games at the end of each class.
