BABYSITTING TRAINING
(Ages 11+)
Learn about all the responsibilities of being a good babysitter and what to expect from
the person who hires you. Training will be provided in safety, safe play, basic care, first
aid, leadership, and professionalism. Class includes a digital copy of the handbook,
review materials, certification card and a first aid kit. Please bring a lunch and snacks.

MARVELOUS MAGIC
(Ages 5-12)
Children are guaranteed to have a great time as they learn a collection of fascinating and
mesmerizing tricks. Amaze family and friends with tricks that involve cards, ropes, coins,
mindreading, and more. While the tricks may appear difficult, you'll discover that they
are quick to learn and easy to perform. All materials are provided; each child receives a
magic kit to take home. Children are grouped by age and always learn tricks that are age
appropriate. New tricks are taught each session.

AMIGOS SPANISH CLUB
(Ages 5-10)
Learning Spanish is as easy as uno, dos, tres! In Afterschool Amigos Spanish Club,
children will learn numbers, colors, shapes, greetings, days of the week and more.
Students will be singing, clapping, and counting their way towards learning the Spanish
Language. Each child will receive a participation award.

CHESS SCHOLARS
(Ages 5-12)
This camp is designed for both beginners and experienced young players.
All participants will learn cool new strategies at the appropriate level from a
renowned Chess Scholars coach. Each class will consist of a fun interactive
teaching period and guided practice time. Children will have the opportunity
to test for a Chess Belt under a unique Chess Scholars system patterened
after martial arts belts. There will also be a chess competition with prizes! Each
camper will take home a chess set and an award. Please bring your own snacks.

FIRST AID & CPR
(Ages 12+)
Learn to recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac and breathing
emergencies, and care for a variety of first aid emergencies such as burns,
scrapes, sudden illnesses, head, neck, back injuries, head and cold. The online
portion of class must be completed before class and serves as a two-year
certification. The course fee includes online access to a digital version of the
manual and a refresher course.

STEAM CAMP
(Ages 5-11)
This class takes a hands-on approach to engineering, allowing students to
directly engage with basic engineering concepts through a variety of fun and
educational activities. Students will improve their problem solving, math, and
physics skills - all while engaging in exciting building projects. Each trimester-
long unit will focus on a specific area of engineering. The unit will culminate in
a testing of students' final projects and each student will recieve an award for
their progress during the unit.
