FALL YOUTH SOCCER
(Age 4-Grade 9)
Give your child the opportunity to experience the worlds most popular sport! Participants will learn and improve
their soccer skills and share in the fun and camaraderie at the heart of youth sports in this program. Teams practice
weather permitting once per week on a day, time and location determined by coaches. Teams will hold at least one
practice before their first game of the season. Games are approximately one hour on Saturdays. If rainouts occur,
games will be rescheduled for an additional Saturday at the end of the season or on weekday evenings. Grades
5+ girls and boys leagues could be combined into a co-rec league if participation is low. Please consult the Team
Formation Guidelines. Games will start 8/27/22.

FALL GIRLS SOFTBALL
(Grades 3-8)
The Lombard Park District offers an extensive youth softball program including instruction for all ages and skill
levels. The primary goal is to create an opportunity for fundamental skills development in a positive, supportive,
friendly, safe and most importantly, fun environment for every player. Coaches will determine all practice times. The
Park District reserves the right to combine age levels if necessary. Registration closed; waitlist based on availability.

NEW! EAST AVE LACROSSE
(Ages 6-14)
East Ave Lacrosse (nicknamed "Beast Ave" by our players) is a community club lacrosse program dedicated to
growing the game in Illinois. East Ave is run by dozens of the best high school and college coaches in the state, and
is focused on training the next generation of high school athletes, and many more through camps, clinics, in-school
gym class takeovers, house leagues, and elite travel teams. Our fun and fast-paced 1

grade programs are open
to players of all skill-levels, and will meet once a week for a skill session. Any questions can be directed to

also purchase a game jersey for $20 at
Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. Please
note: Pre-K league participants do NOT
need to purchase a jersey. League shirts
will be provided prior to the first game for
the Pre-K league. Participants registering
after the 07/11 deadline will be placed on
a waitlist. Requests for teams, players or
coaches will not be guaranteed. Teams
will be formed using Lombard Park
District's Team Formation Guidelines.
Grades 5 and up will combine with Glen
Ellyn Park District and play some games
at Ackerman Park in Glen Ellyn.

offering tryouts for girls ages 10U-14U.
