At EXACT Sports, we believe sports are more than just a game. The skills and
fundamentals athletes acquire from sports are carried over to all other aspects of
their lives. The softball fundamentals 101 class concentrates on improving throwing,
catching, hitting, fielding and running the bases through activities, drills and live game
play. Bring their own mitt, bat, and water bottle. Own helmet suggested.

their lives. The advanced softball skills & drills class is designed to improve athletes'
techniques for throwing, catching, fielding, batting, and base running to prepare them
for the next level. Athletes will also gain exposure to a variety of positions and game-
like scenarios for a complete understanding of the sport. Bring their own mitt, bat, and
water bottle. Own helmet suggested.

GLENBARD EAST WINTER POWER HOUR BASEBALL CAMP

Want to get ready for baseball season? Dust off your bat and glove for the Glenbard
East Winter Power Hour One Night Camp. This camp will focus on one hour of hitting,
pitching, and fielding taught by Glenbard East head baseball coach, Clayton George,
his varsity players, as well as the Glenbard East coaching staff. Don't get left in the
dust.

SPRING YOUTH GIRLS SOFTBALL
(Grades 3-8)
The Lombard Park District offers an extensive youth softball program including
instruction for all ages and skill levels. The primary goal is to create an opportunity
for fundamental skills development in a positive, supportive, friendly, safe and most
importantly, fun environment for every player. Coaches will determine all practice
times. Please note: The Park District reserves the right to combine age levels if
necessary. May co-op at certain levels if necessary. Levels are determined by age as
of January 01, 2023.

IN-HOUSE GIRLS SOFTBALL OPEN GYM
Girls interested in sharpening their softball skills can attend our indoor self-guided open
gym sessions. Players are able to work on pitching, catching and hitting. Participants must
be enrolled in our Spring Youth Softball program for the Spring 2023 season to attend
the open gym sessions.

GLENBARD EAST WINTER POWER HOUR SOFTBALL
CAMP
(Grades 5-9)
In conjunction with Glenbard East High School, the Winter Power Hour Softball Camp
will be taught by Kristi Henry, former D1 softball pitcher. Kristi has over 20 years of
experience as a softball pitching instructor and has developed successful pitchers at
all levels including several college commits. Pitchers must bring their own catcher,
catchers under the age of 18 must wear a protective mask. For any questions, please
