VOLLEY SERIES MATCH PLAY
(Ages 10-15)
Interested in playing volleyball matches with other volleyball training to compete
in grade school and high school? Then our Volleyball Pro will develop a team with
weekly instruction to prepare for games against other athletes. The coach's lesson
plan will guide the team in weekly training for 90 minutes. At weekly practice the
teams will play matches and learn team defense and offense positions while they
improve on their fundamentals of passing, setting, spiking and overhand serving.
This is a 4-week program that meets once per week for 90 minutes.

VOLLEYKIDZ USA GRASS VOLLEYBALL CAMPS
(Ages 8-14)
It's time to take your volleyball game outside. A camp hosted by the EVP Volleyball
Professionals, features all the latest drills and training techniques that build your skills
for the next level. Lots of contests and games too, with fun and active instructors!
The camp will concentrate on the fundamentals of passing, setting, serving and
spiking. You will learn to overhand serve and play organized games. The lesson plan
directs individual training that helps each student reach a new level. Please note:
cancelled classes are made up on Fridays.

(Ages 7-10)
Volleykidz is an introductory class for children 7 - 10 years. The lesson plan introduces
the pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball. Volleykidz will improve each
child's hand/eye coordination and left/right coordination through the use of fun
drills and games.

JUNIOR VOLLEYKIDZ SKILLS & DRILLS
(Ages 11-14)
Improve your volleyball skills in this 90-minute session featuring drills for setting,
passing, overhand serving and spiking. Lesson plans direct the use of individual
training, pairing drills and game situation development that help each student reach
a new level. Instructors organize games at the end of each class.

WESTLAKE WILDCAT SKILLS & DRILLS VOLLEYBALL CAMP
(Entering Grades 6-8)
Improve your volleyball skills in setting, passing, overhand serving and hitting. The volleyball camp will consist of drill work, games and contests. The goal of this camp is to
teach and practice basic volleyball skills at their developmental level. At the same time students will increase an understanding and appreciation of team concepts through
competitive game experience. Camp t-shirt included. Please note: the camp is co-ed.
