(Ages 7-10)
Volleykidz is an introductory class for children 7 - 10 years. The lesson plan introduces
the pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball. Volleykidz will improve each
child's hand/eye coordination and left/right coordination through the use of fun
drills and games.

JUNIOR EVP VOLLEYBALL SKILLS & DRILLS
(Ages 11-14)
Improve your volleyball skills in this 90-minute session featuring drills for setting,
passing, overhand serving and spiking. Lesson plans direct the use of individual
training, pairing drills and game situation development that help each student reach
a new level. Instructors organize games at the end of each class.

VOLLEY SERIES MATCH PLAY
(Ages 10-15)
Interested in playing volleyball matches with other volleyball training to compete
in grade school and high school? Then our Volleyball Pro will develop a team with
weekly instruction to prepare for games against other athletes. The coach's lesson
plan will guide the team in weekly training for 90 minutes. At weekly practice the
teams will play matches and learn team defense and offense positions while they
improve on their fundamentals of passing, setting, spiking and overhand serving.
This is a 4-week program that meets once per week for 90 minutes.
