DOUBLE THE FUN DRAWING
(Ages 5-12)
Awaken your child's inner artist in these fun workshops. Explore all the basics
of visual arts in a fun and confident setting that ensures success for every child.
Children will discover basic drawing, portraits, action and cartooning. Each child will
complete several different projects and learn to draw whimsical characters, animals,
everyday objects and action scenes while gaining confidence in their abilities.

POTTERY
PARENT/CHILD JEWELRY MAKING-
MOTHER'S PENDANT
(Ages 6-12 and an adult)
Participants will learn to make a small pendant with silver colored wire for a bird's
nest. After making the pendant participants will be able to add bird charms and
faux pearl eggs. The number of eggs (up to 5) can represent an amount of children
or grandchildren and will make a sweet gift for mom, or another special person,
just in time for Mother's Day. Please note: Each registered child must have an
adult attend the class with them.

YOUTH POTTERY

Youth pottery introduces children to different forms of hand-building with clay.

YOUTH POTTERY-WIND CHIMES
(Ages 10-12)
Welcome spring by creating musical wind chimes for the yard and garden. Add
texture and vibrant glaze. No previous experience required.

Learn to use the pottery wheel. Students will learn how to center, raise, open and
pull in order to create a variety of pieces with special glazing techniques to help

HOME SCHOOL POTTERY

This pottery class is specifically designed for home school families looking
for additional cultural arts experience for their students. Class content will be
determined based on students' ages, ability and interests. Students will create 3-4

ADULT HAND BUILDING
(Ages 18+)
This introductory class will teach students how to hand-build with clay. Students
will learn pottery basics like coil, pinch pot, slab and forming techniques. Every
participant will complete 4 glazed projects demonstrating their new ceramic sills.
Creativity is encouraged to personalize each piece! This class is for beginners and
those with some pottery experience.
