CAMPER INFORMATION FORMS Lombard Park District Day Camp utilizes ePACT, an online system for parents and guardians to submit emergency information forms. ePACT is a secure emergency network, that will be used to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically. Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the event of illness, injury, or larger scale emergency. The parent/guardian listed as the main contact will receive an email, following registration, with directions and a link to complete all required forms through the ePACT Network. The ePACT information must be completed before your child's first day of Day Camp. Parents must go into their ePACT account every year to reconfirm and update information. POOL DAYS Day Camp will swim on Monday, Thursday and Friday from 11:30 am - 1:30 pm. On swim days, please send your camper to camp in their swimsuit so that we can get to the pool quickly. Please pack dry clothes for your child to change into after the pool. For the safety of your child, parents are asked to indicate their camper's swim level and area of the pool they are allowed in. Campers are then given color-coded wristbands that indicate where in the pool they are allowed. Swim level indication can be found in ePACT when filling out your child's emergency information. Any child listed as a yellow or green wristband will be swim tested their first day to ensure their swimming ability is correct. A swim test consists of swimming one length of the pool without touching the bottom or utilizing the sides. Wristband Color Designations: Red: Non-swimmer or novice, only allowed in the zero-depth up to the whirlpool. Yellow: Intermediate swimmer, allowed in Dolphin Cove lap pool, Sidewinder and Pipeline (slides with a significant current upon exiting). Green: Advanced swimmers, allowed in all areas of the pool including the diving well and Wipeout (bowl slide which drops into deep water). WELCOME TO DAY CAMP! SPONSORED BY:
