T-BALL
INSTRUCTIONAL LEAGUE
(Ages 4-6)
Youth T-Ball introduces basic baseball rules and sportsmanship along with teaching the
necessary baseball fundamentals of base running, hitting, and fielding to your little athlete. The
program begins with three weeks of instruction in a practice setting followed by three weeks of
games (07/07 - 07/24). Games are 50 minutes and can be played at 5:30 or 6:30 pm regardless
of which time slot participants registered. All participants will receive a t-shirt and hat prior to
the start of games. Fridays will be used for rainouts. The program is taught by Park District
Staff, but parent involvement is encouraged for practices and games. Please note: You will NOT
receive a call from a coach. Please also note this is a very beginner level program, where basic
fundamentals are taught. Please report to field 12 at Madison Meadow park on the program's
first day. Required items: baseball glove and water bottle.

FENCING: OLYMPIC SWORDPLAY
(Ages 8+)
Want to wield a sword? Enjoy competitive fun safely without "fighting". Please note: the instructor considers height and ability of each fencer. Equipment is required.

receive a 50% discount when registering together.

BASEBALL CAMP
Want to get ready for baseball season? Dust off your bat and glove for
the Glenbard East Winter Power Hour One Night Camp. This camp will
focus on one hour of hitting, pitching, and fielding taught by Glenbard
East head baseball coach Clayton George, his varsity players, as well as
the Glenbard East coaching staff. Don't get left in the dust. One hour
of pitching, one hour of hitting, one hour of defense.
