Unleash some fun at Spring Avenue Dog Park in Glen Ellyn! Lombard Park District
will be reimbursing Lombard Park District residents the difference between Glen
Ellyn Park District's resident and non-resident fee for a permit to their Spring Avenue
Dog Park.
The Spring Avenue Dog Park resident fee is $35 and the non-resident fee is $80. A
second dog option is offered for an additional $30 for residents and an additional $50
for non-residents. To obtain a park permit, please visit the Glen Ellyn Park District.
Reimbursements will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis for the first 150
dog permit registration receipts received at Lombard Park District's Administrative
Office, located at 227 W. Parkside Ave, Lombard, IL.
Dog owners must provide printed proof that their dog has recieved its rabies
vaccination to receive a permit for the park. For more information, visit gepark.org.

POMS COMPETITION SQUAD

(Ages 5-14)
New enrollment for the 2024 - 2025 squad is closed, but Fall 2024 returning
participants should still register for this session. The Lombard Poms Team will
be seeking new members in September 2025 for the 2025 - 2026 season, with
registration beginning in August. The team will learn skills such as kicks, turns and
jumps, and then use what they learned to develop a routine. The team will have
weekly practices September-May, and compete in 3-4 meets against other park
districts on weekends from March-May. Commitment to the squad includes the
purchase of team uniforms and poms, and attendance at practices on Monday nights.

Join the award winning Inspire Dance Team! New enrollment for the 2024 - 2025
squad is closed, but Fall 2024 returning participants should still register for this
session. The team competes in local competitions in the spring on Sundays, as well
as performing in the annual dance recital. Each team will practice twice a week,
once for their routine as well as taking a dance technique class. In addition to
weekly practices, commitment to the team includes the purchase of one costume
and warm up jacket.
