Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the event of illness, injury, or larger scale emergency. The parents/ guardian listed as the main contact will receive an email, following registration, with directions and a link to complete all required forms through the ePACT Network. The ePACT information must be completed before your child's first day of Day Camp. WAITLIST ENROLLMENT Should any sessions of camp fill, a paid waitlist will be created. All individuals on the waitlist must pay to hold their spot. If a waitlist is not able to be accommodated, a full refund will be issued. SWIMMING In an effort to get campers to the pool as quickly as possible, please send your junior or senior camper in their swimsuit on pool days. Please pack dry clothes in their backpacks as campers will be allowed to change after swimming if they desire. For the safety of your child, parents are asked to indicate their camper's swim level and areas of the pool they are allowed in. Campers are then given color- coded wristbands that indicate where in the pool they are allowed to be. Swim level indication can be found in ePACT when filling out your child's emergency information. Any child listed as a yellow or green wristband will be swim tested their first day to ensure their swimming ability is correct. A swim test consists of swimming one length of the pool without touching the bottom or utilizing the sides. Staff reserve the right to lower a camper's swim level if they feel it is necessary. Wristband Color Designations Red: Non-swimmer or novice, only allowed in the zero-depth up to the whirlpool. Yellow: Intermediate swimmer, allowed in Dolphin Cove lap pool, Sidewinder and Pipeline (slides with a significant current upon exiting). Green: Advanced swimmers, allowed in all areas of the pool including the diving well and Wipeout (bowl slide which drops into deep water). SWIM LESSONS Swim lessons are available to Junior and Senior Camp participants at a discounted rate. Campers must be enrolled in Day Camp on the day of the lesson in order to qualify for these discounted swim lessons. Swim lessons will be held at Paradise Bay Water Park.
