VOLLEYKIDZ
(Ages 7-10)
Volleykidz is an introductory class. The lesson plan introduces the pass, set, and
spike using a very light volleyball. Volleykidz will improve each child's hand/eye
coordination and left/right coordination through the use of fun drills and games.

JUNIOR EVP VOLLEYBALL SKILLS & DRILLS

Improve your volleyball skills in this 90-minute session featuring drills for setting,
passing, overhand serving, and spiking. Lesson plans direct the use of individual
training, pairing drills, and game situation development that help each student
reach a new level. Instructors organize games at the end of each class.

JUNIOR VOLLEY SERIES MATCH PLAY
(Ages 11-14)
Interested in playing volleyball with other volleyball athletes with skills to compete
against other teams? A Volleyball Pro will develop a team and bring parity to the
weekly instruction to prepare for match play. The coaches' lesson plan will guide
the team in weekly training. At weekly practice, the teams will learn team defense
and offense positions while they improve on their fundamentals of passing,
setting, spiking, and overhand serving. This is a four-week program that meets
once per week.

SPIKING & SERVING CLINIC
(Ages 10-15)
Spiking & Serving is for intermediate players who wish to learn proper arm swing,
footwork, and jumping technique. Class drills keep players focused on reach and
power while plyo-metrics training enhances vertical jump and game performance.
The three-step approach will be taught along with transition attacking.
