INDOOR PICKLEBALL LEAGUE
(Ages 18+)
The Lombard Park District Pickleball League is a fun and competitive way for
adults to stay active and connect with the community. Open to all skill levels, the
league features both recreational and competitive divisions with doubles play as
the standard format. Players can register with a partner or be matched with one
by the Park District. The season includes eleven weeks of regular play followed by
playoffs, with matches held on Sunday.
Registration Deadline: Ten days before league starts.

RECREATIONAL PICKLEBALL LEAGUE
(Ages 18+)
Join the fun in our Recreational Pickleball League! This league is for beginner
pickleball players, but players should have some experience. Each week teams play
three matches. Season will conclude with a single elimination tournament. Sign
up with a partner. Players list their partner at registration, but both players must
register individually. Registrants who sign up without a partner will be assigned
a partner in the order of registration. Pairs can be coed, all male, or all female.
Additional information and schedule will be provided at a preseason meeting.

Do you want to play in a pickleball league but can not commit to a weekly league?
You can still be part of the action by joining the sub list! Teams that need subs will
reach out to players on the list to fill in for their matches. There is no cost to be
on the sub list.

PICKLEBALL CLINICS
(Ages 18+)
Join the pickleball craze! Combining elements of tennis, badminton, and ping pong,
pickleball is taking the country by storm. Played with paddles and wiffle balls on a
badminton-sized court with a modified tennis net, this low-impact sport is gentle
on the knees and shoulders, requiring less running, and arm strength than tennis.
Pickleball promotes an active lifestyle and is easy to learn.
