Students will develop heightened focus, mental discipline, and strategic thinking,
while enhancing their cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility, body control, and
the beginning of mastery-level material to prepare students not only to earn their
black belt, but to embody the role of a martial artist at the highest level.

This class provides families with a fun opportunity to spend time together

SULLIVAN'S SCHOOL OF KARATE

Karate is an art that stresses defense rather than offense. Sensei Matt is a third degree black belt who teaches the traditional style of Okinawan karate, designed for
youth, teens, and adults. Uniforms may be purchased through the instructor for $30 for youth and $35 for adults. Please note: parents can participate with their enrolled
children for no additional charge.
