(Ages 3-6)
Basketball like games will be played to teach the importance of each skill learned.
Our foundation technique focuses on basic mechanics to build confidence then
adding larger challenges as we progress. We will work on dribbling with each hand,
passing and shooting technique, and understanding basic offense and defense.

(Ages 5-7)
Trainers will focus on individual skills as well as team play. Each session will begin
with speed and agility drills that will enhance each players ability to get up and
down the court quickly, generate rapid change of direction, and creates explosion
to the basket. These sessions will cover ball handling, proper shooting technique,
footwork, and defensive and offensive strategies. Small sided competitions and
game play will enable each player to focus and work on learned skills.
