Join Doctor of Physical Therapy David Horton for an informative seminar on how physical therapy supports strength, mobility, and long-term health. These sessions will
cover evidence-based strategies for osteoporosis prevention and management, including safe weight-bearing exercise, bone health optimization, and fall risk reduction,
as well as pelvic floor rehabilitation, addressing issues such as incontinence, pelvic pain, core stability, and postpartum or post-surgical recovery. Attendees will gain
practical, real-world insights into how targeted physical therapy interventions can reduce pain, improve function, and promote confidence and independence in daily life.

a badminton-sized court with a modified tennis net, this low-impact sport is gentle on the knees and shoulders, requiring less running, and arm strength than tennis.
