All students at Hammerschmidt, Madison, Manor Hill, Park View, and Pleasant Lane are eligible for enrollment. Registration is available online or in person at Sunset Knoll Recreation Center. A credit card for automatic billing must be presented at the time of registration. Fees are on a monthly auto billing schedule that takes place on the 15th of every month for the upcoming month. Monthly payments will begin 08/17 for the 2026-2027 school year. Billing will occur nine times throughout the school year. 10% discount for each additional child enrolled in Club Rec. Fee does not include days when school is not in session (holidays, institute days, etc.) Club Rec participants receive special discount pricing for our school day off program and seasonal camps (Thanksgiving, winter, spring break). Registration for Club Rec enrollment must maintain consistent days throughout the entire month. Changes to enrollment must have approval and will be subject to a $10 change fee per child per change. All changes are due before the 15th of the month by noon for the upcoming month so we can adjust accordingly. Lombard Park District utilizes ePACT Network. ePACT is a secure emergency network that will be used to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically. Not only will ePACT replace paper forms, but it will also ensure we have a way to communicate with you in the event of illness, injury or larger scale emergency. The parents/guardian listed as the main contact will receive an email, following registration, with directions and a link to complete all required forms through the ePACT Network.
