SUPER TIMES GYMNASTICS
(Ages 4-5)
Improve coordination, strength, balance, and build confidence. Children will be
introduced to skills such as forward rolls, straddle rolls, and backwards rolls. All
participants must be toilet independent and be able to follow directions without
the help of a parent.

Shooting Stars is an advanced gymnastics class designed for athletes ages 4–7
who are ready for a greater challenge. This fast-paced class focuses on developing
strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence while building more advanced

JUGGLING AND SPINNING

to juggling, plate spinning, and object manipulation! Designed for beginners of all

variety of props–including beanbags, spinning plates, scarves, and more!
