ZUMBA® GOLD

Zumba® Gold was designed for the active older adult, the true beginner,
and/or people who are not used to exercising, or people who may be
limited physically. Zumba Gold is done at a much lower intensity. The
same great Latin styles of music and dance are used and just as fun as
the regular Zumba classes. Zumba® Gold classes strives to improve our
balance, strength, flexibility and most importantly, the heart.

CARDIO KICKBOXING

Your favorite Cardio Kickbox class will be done in an easy-to-follow Boot
Camp style format! This class is designed for all fitness levels and will
keep your body blasting calories hours past your workout. This class will
challenge you both aerobically and anaerobically by doing short segments
of cardiovascular training with kickboxing, followed by short segments of
multi-muscle toning. Participants need to bring a mat (10 weeks).

TOTAL BODY CORE STRENGTH
(Ages 15 +)
Do you sit all day at your job? If so, then your muscles (especially your back
and abdominal muscles) are getting weaker every day. Having a strong
core is important in everything that we do. Learn how to gain strength in
your abdominal muscles, without doing a bunch of crunches, with Pilates
Mat. This class time will be split between core work and body sculpting
with the use of body bars, dumbbells, tubes and bands, as well as, stability
ball. Instructor will help you modify exercises from beginners to advanced
according to your body needs. Join us on Saturdays and learn how to gain
Total Body-Core Strength. Please bring your own stability ball on the 3rd
week of class. (10 weeks)
